At the very beginning, I practise to observe the nature in the garden. The nature always gives me some insights. Later, I practise to hold the hands together. At that time, I just find that the hands unite (or stick) together and I feel that they are very soft (that I never discover). Then I say ‘yes’ (I don’t think that it is very special) and now I say ‘Maria.’ As we say ‘Maria”, some think about the image of Maria. Some think about the love of Maria. To me, different Maria mentioned in the bible appears in my mind. I am deeply impressed by their characters. The one who sat next to Jesus quietly and listened to what he said attentively. It showed how obedient and gentle she was to Jesus. The other one went to the tomb to cleanse the body of Jesus with the cream. It showed how kind hearted she was to Jesus. The other was the Mother of Jesus who listened to what God said to her. She would have the child through Holy Spirit before she married to Joseph. It was quite impossible to everyone. However, she believed it. It showed how great her faith was to Jesus. The gentleness can soften my heart and set my stress free. The kind heartedness makes me feel sweet. The faithfulness tells me the more you practise, the more you will find God and yourself.
